Place your palms on the floor, between the knees in a way that fingers point towards the body and wrists point outwards. Tilt your head backward and lean forward. Concentrate and inhale deeply through the nostrils. Tick out the tongue and exhale the breath with a growing sound. You can repeat this procedure couple of times.
